What kind of products do you offer?

Jemaura Design Co creates cozy, bookish, animal-loving, and nature-inspired designs on apparel and accessories — thoughtfully made for everyday comfort and a little extra joy.


How are your items made?

All items are made to order using high-quality printing methods. This helps reduce waste and ensures each piece is created just for you.


How do I choose the right size?

Each listing includes a sizing chart to help you find your best fit.

We recommend:

  • Comparing measurements to a favorite shirt or sweatshirt you already own
  • Sizing up if you prefer an oversized, cozy fit

If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help 🤍


Can I return or exchange my item?

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right — just email us within 7 days of delivery.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After that, production may have already started — but you’re always welcome to reach out and we’ll do our best.


How long will my order take?

  • Processing: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.


Do you offer custom designs?

Yes — and we love bringing your ideas to life 🤍

Are custom items eligible for returns?

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend checking with:

  • Your local post office
  • Neighbors or household members
