All items are made to order.

- During busy seasons, holidays, or new launches, processing may take a little longer

Once your order ships:
- Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address
- If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
Jemaura Design Co is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays caused by carriers
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local post office
