Returns & Refunds
At Jemaura Design Co, every piece is made just for you — thoughtfully created with cozy, bookish, nature-loving vibes in mind. Because of this made-to-order process, our return policy is a little different than big-box stores, but we promise to always treat you with care and fairness.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
We gently recommend checking the sizing chart before ordering — but if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out. We’re always happy to help guide you 🤍
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives not quite right, we will absolutely make it right.
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at

Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we’ll happily:
- Send you a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, cancellations or changes must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
After that window, we can’t guarantee adjustments — but you can always reach out and we’ll do our best.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping Notes
Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Shipping delays outside of our control
